Meet Zack Busse, an enthusiastic NASM certified personal trainer who finds joy in all things physical and athletic. Zack takes personal pride in helping clients reach their individual goals, offering experience in curating training plans tailored to accommodate client objectives.

Zack enjoys working with clients of all ages, from youth to older adults, and specializes in athlete training, focusing on plyometrics, speed, strength, and agility related to their respective sports. He holds CPR/AED certification, ensuring a safe training environment. Zack is dedicated to making fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone he works with.

Meet Ahna, our inspiring personal trainer who’s committed to improving womens quality of life through fitness. She thrives on building personal connections with her clients and aims to boost their confidence with a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.


Ahna found individual passion for fitness as well as mindfulness, and emotional well-being. She is NASM certified in both personal training and nutrition, as well as being CPR certified. Ahna strives to empower women to unlock their full potential and embrace a balanced, fulfilling life.
